Data we process and why
When you use the website, we may process technical data sent by your browser (IP address, request date and time, device and browser type, requested resource and server diagnostic data). If you contact us, we process the information supplied in your message, such as your name, email address, telephone number and enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
- website operation, security and diagnostics – our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- responding to enquiries and steps before entering a contract – Article 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR,
- legal obligations – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
- analytics, preferences and marketing using optional technologies – consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), where given.
Recipients
Recipients may include hosting, email, IT and security providers acting on our documented instructions, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EEA

Retention
Technical logs are retained only as needed for security and diagnostics, normally no longer than 12 months. Correspondence is kept until the matter is closed and then for the applicable limitation period. Data required by law is retained for the statutory period. Consent information is retained while valid and as needed to demonstrate accountability.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings”; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Providing enquiry data is voluntary but may be necessary for a response. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may complain to the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office or the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
